Al Rahim Gangani “Al” was called to the Ontario Bar in June, 2016 and has worked in the legal industry since 2009 in various roles. He is an experienced lawyer with his practice focused on residential real estate transactions and general counsel for individuals and businesses.
Al formed Gangani Law Professional Corporation in 2016 after being called to the Bar.
Under Al’s lead, the firm takes on a wide variety of legal matters. Al practices in Association with lawyers to provide services for litigation (family, employment, general) and immigration matters. Al-Mehtaab B. Gangani “Ali” was called to the Bar in 2013 and has since practiced as a Solicitor focusing on servicing clients with complex real estate and corporate/commercial matters. Ali holds a Masters Degree in Real Property Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, one of Canada’s top law schools.
Ali Gangani joined Gangani Law as a Partner to form Gangani & Gangani, Barristers and Solicitors.
Ali's corporate and commercial practice focuses on regulatory health law wherein he assists pharmacists and other health professionals in setting up locations. His practice includes but is not limited to: business incorporations, business asset and share purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing and corporate reorganizations.
He has experience in real estate matters including condominium assignment transactions, private financing matters and joint ventures.

Robert Tanha, BA, MA, JD
-working in Association with Gangani & Gangani, Barristers and Solicitors
Robert Tanha was called to the Bar in 2011 and practices in the areas of employment and human rights law, criminal appeals and civil litigation. Robert also teaches employment law at several Universities and Colleges across Ontario.
He attended law school at the University of Ottawa and currently holds a Masters degree in political science from York University.
Robert has extensive experience in employment law and has appeared before various levels of court in Ontario.
